Quorum and Majorities. Except for those cases in which this Agreement requires a decision to be made by a Qualified Majority of the Steering Committee (see Article 1.18), decisions shall be made by a two/third (2/3) majority of those Steering Committee Members present, provided that a Quorum is present.
