Common use of Quorum at Adjourned Meeting Clause in Contracts

Quorum at Adjourned Meeting. At the adjourned meeting the Subscription Receiptholders present in person or by proxy will form a quorum and may transact any business for which the meeting was originally convened, and a motion proposed at such adjourned meeting and passed by the requisite vote as provided in Section 0 hereof will be an Extraordinary Resolution within the meaning of this Agreement notwithstanding that Subscription Receiptholders holding in the aggregate 25% of the total number of Subscription Receipts outstanding may not be present.

At the adjourned meeting the Subscription Receiptholders present in person or by proxy will form a quorum and may transact any business for which the meeting was originally convened, and a motion proposed at such adjourned meeting and passed by the requisite vote as provided in Section 0 9.13(a) hereof will be an Extraordinary Resolution within the meaning of this Agreement notwithstanding that Subscription Receiptholders holding in the aggregate 25% of the total number of Subscription Receipts outstanding may not be present.

At the adjourned meeting the FT Subscription Receiptholders present in person or by proxy will form a quorum and may transact any business for which the meeting was originally convened, and a motion proposed at such adjourned meeting and passed by the requisite vote as provided in Section 0 8.12(a) hereof will be an Extraordinary Resolution within the meaning of this Agreement notwithstanding that FT Subscription Receiptholders holding in the aggregate 2550% of the total number of FT Subscription Receipts outstanding may not be present.
