Common use of Quote Modification Clause in Contracts

Quote Modification. The Contractor will be granted only one opportunity to add new, valid line items that may have been omitted from its first Quote by submitting a second, revised Quote. The Contractor agrees to submit the revised Quote within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial Quote review meeting, unless otherwise specified in writing.
