Qwest IntraLATA Toll Local Primary Interexchange Carrier (. “LPIC”) 5123. Qwest does not authorize CLEC to offer, request, or select Qwest LPIC 5123 service to CLEC’s End User Customers for intraLATA toll service with any QLSP Service in any state. In the event CLEC assigns the Qwest LPIC 5123 to CLEC’s End User Customers, Qwest will xxxx XXXX and CLEC will pay Qwest the rates contained or referenced in the attached Rate Sheet.
