R (Post-Warranty Support). Article 9.R (Post-Warranty Support) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Contractor shall use commercially reasonably efforts to ensure that post-warranty hardware and software support may be procured from Contractor for the Deliverable Items, on commercially reasonable terms and pricing, for a period of seven (7) years from Provisional Acceptance.”
