Common use of RAC Fees Clause in Contracts

RAC Fees. (1) Members of the RACs, will be compensated at reasonable hourly rates subject to the maximum monthly operating budget set out at Section 13.12(2). (2) Canada will provide each RAC with an operating budget that will not exceed seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00) per month for each RAC except that each RAC may apply for additional funding in exceptional circumstances. (3) The RACs will submit their accounts to the OIRSRC for payment. The submitted accounts will be verified by OIRSRC to ensure compliance with the Treasury Board Travel Directive, attached as Schedule “Q”, prior to payment.
