Rack/Bay Space. The rack/bay space charge includes reasonable charges for air conditioning, ventilation and other allocated expenses associated with maintenance of the Remote Site Location, and includes amperage necessary to power ALEC Inc.,’s equipment. ALEC Inc., shall pay rack/bay space charges based upon the number of racks/bays requested. BellSouth will assign Remote Collocation Space in conventional remote site rack/bay lineups where feasible
