Common use of Radio One Termination Clause in Contracts

Radio One Termination. Upon delivery by Comcast of a Termination Notice (as defined in the Radio One Change of Control Agreement) to Radio One and the Network pursuant to Section 2.2(g) of the Radio One Change of Control Agreement or upon a Radio One Trigger Event, Radio One’s rights to demand an Appraisal and participate in a purchase of Units under this Section 12.7 shall terminate and be of no further force or effect.

Radio One Termination. Upon delivery by Comcast of a Termination Notice (as defined in the Radio One Change of Control Agreement) to Radio One and the Network pursuant to Section 2.2(g2.2(d) of the Radio One Change of Control Agreement or upon a Radio One Trigger Event, Radio One’s rights to demand an Appraisal and participate in a purchase of Units under this Section 12.7 12.2 shall terminate and be of no further force or effect.

Radio One Termination. Upon delivery by Comcast of a Termination Notice (as defined in the Radio One Change of Control Agreement) to Radio One and the Network pursuant to Section 2.2(g2.2(h) of the Radio One Change of Control Agreement or upon a Radio One Trigger Event, Radio One’s rights to demand an Appraisal and participate in a purchase of Units under this Section 12.7 12.8 shall terminate and be of no further force or effect.

Radio One Termination. Upon delivery by Comcast of a Termination Notice (as defined in the Radio One Change of Control Agreement) to Radio One and the Network pursuant to Section 2.2(g2.2(c) of the Radio One Change of Control Agreement or upon a Radio One Trigger Event, Radio One’s rights to demand an Appraisal and participate in a purchase of Units under this Section 12.7 12.1 shall terminate and be of no further force or effect.
