Railbelt Reliability Council. A stakeholder-driven entity that shall be: A. A not-for-profit corporation; B. Organized under the laws of the State of Alaska; and C. Subject to the jurisdiction of the RCA under the terms of its articles and bylaws that shall provide for appeal of RRC decisions to the RCA.
