System Planning. Develop, adopt, and utilize a Railbelt electric system-wide generation and transmission planning process utilizing the Railbelt reliability planning standards adopted by the RRC that: i. Addresses the system reliability issues that pose an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Railbelt transmission system; ii. Allows individual utilities the flexibility to develop and implement local planning criteria subject to RCA-approved reliability standards, and consideration of Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) recommendations and the RRC approved IRP; iii. Maximizes the capability of delivery of the most economic existing resources to load; iv. Allows for voluntary Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch of new generation resources; v. Creates a Railbelt Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) process that identifies new generation and transmission projects, subject to reliability standards, economics, state statutes and other criteria that the RRC establishes; and vi. Develops and maintains the system planning and simulation model for use by all Railbelt Utilities. The RRC may require construction of system assets but shall not mandate, deny, or approve the construction of any generation or transmission facility by any specific utility.

System Planning. The parties will collaborate and cooperate in matters that affect them concerning health system improvement. If the Hospital is planning to significantly reduce, stop, start, expand, cease to provide or transfer the provision of Hospital Services to another hospital or to another site of the Hospital, it will inform the LHIN.
System Planning. 11.1. UMPA shall provide PacifiCorp with an annual load and resource forecast in accordance with Part III of the Tariff, and such forecast shall separately identify any loads not designated for service under this Agreement and therefore not included in PacifiCorp’s planning obligations. The load and resource forecast shall be used by PacifiCorp for the purpose of transmission planning only, and shall not be used for any billing purpose whatsoever, including without limitation for Firm Transmission Service pursuant to Section 4 hereof. 11.2. PacifiCorp shall coordinate its transmission planning with UMPA in accordance with Attachment K of the Tariff.
System Planning. Deseret shall provide its projected load and resource information for Deseret On-System Load in a format and timing consistent with that required from entities taking Network Integration Transmission Service under PacifiCorp’s Tariff. Deseret shall also provide its projected load and resource information for the Deseret System in a format and timing that will allow PacifiCorp to adequately plan for the provision of Ancillary Services provided to Deseret pursuant to this Agreement. Deseret shall respond with the information as requested consistent with the instructions and timing set forth (or referenced by) PacifiCorp’s request. 11.1 PacifiCorp shall coordinate its transmission planning with Deseret in accordance with Attachment K or applicable transmission planning section of the Tariff.
System Planning. The terms of this Article XI shall apply only to the interconnection of the facilities of the Parties at the Points of Interconnection specified in Exhibit B.
System Planning. The ISO shall independently review the long-range System assessment and transmission construction plans of the NEPOOL Participants, and shall convey its findings and recommendations to NEPOOL. System Planning. In order for Company to plan adequately for Customer's Energy requirements, Customer shall notify Company no later than November 1 of each year of its annual load plan for the next calendar year during the Term. Such annual load plan shall be consistent with the forecasted peak demand reported to the Mid- American Interconnected Network ("MAIN") for such year. Customer shall also provide to Company an update to its annual load plan on or before March 1 of each year during the Term.
System Planning. In order for Marketing to be able to plan adequately to market and sell all of the Power available from Genco, Genco shall notify Marketing no later than November 1 of each year of the amount of Power it expects to have available in each month of the next calendar year. Marketing shall provide Genco with its initial annual capacity and energy forecast on or before December 1 for the next calendar year. Marketing shall notify Genco of its updated capacity and energy forecast on or before April 1 for the current year.
