Partnership Property All property, real, personal, tangible, intangible, or mixed, acquired by or contributed to the Partnership shall be owned by the Partnership and titled in its name and such property shall not be owned individually by any Partner. Each Partner acknowledges and agrees that the System and all elements thereof, are the exclusive property of the Company and are not Partnership property. Each Partner acknowledges and agrees that the Proprietary Marks are the exclusive property of the Company and are not Partnership property. Each Partner acknowledges and agrees that the Partnership shall not acquire or own any land or buildings. Any land or buildings used in the Partnership business shall be acquired and owned by the Company or an Affiliate of the Company and leased to the Partnership at reasonable rates and terms, and such land and buildings shall not be Partnership property.
City Property All original documents, drawings, electronic media, and other materials prepared by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement immediately become the exclusive property of the CITY, and shall not be used by CONTRACTOR for any other purpose without the CITY’s prior written consent.
Company Property The Executive understands that all documents (including computer records, facsimile and e-mail) and materials created, received or transmitted in connection with his/her work or using the facilities of the Group are property of the Group and subject to inspection by the Group, at any time. Upon termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company (or at any other time when requested by the Company), the Executive will promptly deliver to the Company all documents and materials of any nature pertaining to his/her work with the Company and will provide written certification of his compliance with this Agreement. Under no circumstances will the Executive have, following his/her termination, in his/her possession any property of the Group, or any documents or materials or copies thereof containing any Confidential Information.
Community Property Each spouse individually is bound by, and such spouse’s interest, if any, in any Optioned Shares is subject to, the terms of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall create a community property interest where none otherwise exists.
Proprietary Property All modeling algorithms, tools, computer programs, know-how, methodologies, processes, technologies, ideas, concepts, skills, routines, subroutines, operating instructions and other materials and aides used in performing the duties set forth in Section 2.02 that relate to advice regarding current and potential Assets, and all modifications, enhancements and derivative works of the foregoing.
B8 Property Where the Client issues Property free of charge to the Contractor such Property shall be and remain the property of the Client and the Contractor irrevocably licences the Client and its agents to enter upon any premises of the Contractor during normal business hours on reasonable notice to recover any such Property. The Contractor shall not in any circumstances have a lien or any other interest on the Property and the Contractor shall at all times possess the Property as fiduciary agent and bailee of the Client. The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the title of the Client to the Property and the exclusion of any such lien or other interest are brought to the notice of all sub-contractors and other appropriate persons and shall, at the Client’s request, store the Property separately and ensure that it is clearly identifiable as belonging to the Client.
Title to Partnership Property All property owned by the Partnership, whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, shall be deemed to be owned by the Partnership as an entity, and no Partner, individually, shall have any ownership of such property. The Partnership shall hold its assets in its own name, except that its interests in Leases may be held in the name of the Program Manager as contemplated by the Program Agreement.
HUSBAND’S PROPERTY It is declared by the Husband to be the owner of the following assets and property:
Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.
Property Ownership The Fund owns or leases all such properties as are necessary to the conduct of its operations as presently conducted.
