Common use of RAISING OF FINANCE BY XXXXXXXX Clause in Contracts

RAISING OF FINANCE BY XXXXXXXX. The Allottee may obtain finance from any financial institution/bank or any other source but the Allottee’s obligation to purchase the Apartment pursuant to this Agreement shall not be contingent on the Allottee’s ability or competency to obtain such financing and the Allottee shall remain bound by this Agreement whether or not he has been able to obtain financing for the purchase of the Apartment.

RAISING OF FINANCE BY XXXXXXXX. The Allottee may obtain finance from any financial institution/institution/ bank or any other source but the Allottee’s obligation to purchase the Apartment pursuant to this Agreement shall not be contingent on the Allottee’s ability or competency to obtain such financing and the Allottee shall remain bound by this Agreement whether or not he has been able to obtain financing for the purchase of the Apartment.
