RANDGOLD RESOURCES. LIMITED (No 62686) of La Motte Xxxxxxxx, Xx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xx. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX0 0XX, Channel Islands ("RRL"). IT IS AGREED as follows:
RANDGOLD RESOURCES. LIMITED, a corporation existing under the laws of Jersey (“Randgold”), represented by Xxxx Xxxxxxx, its Chief Executive Officer, duly authorised;
RANDGOLD RESOURCES. LIMITED, a company organised and existing under the laws of Jersey (the "COMPANY"); and
RANDGOLD RESOURCES. LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of Jersey with registered number 62686, whose registered office is at 3rd Floor, Unity Xxxxxxxx, 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4WJ (Randgold), (each a party and together the parties).

LIMITED (2) RANDGOLD AND EXPLORATION COMPANY LIMITED DEFENDANTS ---------- ------------------------------------------------------------ DRAFT / ORDER ------------------------------------------------------------ UPON terms of settlement having been agreed by the parties AND UPON the parties agreeing not to enforce any existing orders for costs BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:-
1. this Action be dismissed; and
2. there be no Order as to costs.
