RANKING OF TENDERS. Tenders shall be ranked according to their evaluated price and the successful tender shall be the lowest evaluated tender. Consistent with and in addition to the criteria listed in ITT 33.3 and ITT 29.3; and ITT 34 and its subparagraphs the following criteria shall apply:
