Common use of Ratable Loans; Types of Advances Clause in Contracts

Ratable Loans; Types of Advances. Each Advance of Revolving Loans hereunder (other than any Swing Line Loan) shall consist of Revolving Loans made from the several Revolving Lenders ratably according to their Revolving Loan Pro Rata Shares. Each Advance of Term Loans hereunder shall consist of Term Loans made from the several Term Loan Lenders ratably in the proportion that their respective Term Loan Commitments bear to all of the then current Aggregate Term Loan Commitment. The Advances may be Floating Rate Advances or Eurocurrency Advances, or a combination thereof, selected by the applicable Borrower in accordance with Sections 2.8 and 2.9, or Swing Line Loans selected by the Company in accordance with Section 2.4.
