Ratable Loans; Types of Advances. Each Advance hereunder (other than any Swing Line Loan) shall consist of Revolving Loans made from the several Lenders ratably in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares. The Advances may be Floating Rate Advances (if denominated in Dollars) or Eurocurrency Advances, or a combination thereof, selected by the Borrower in accordance with Sections 2.9 and 2.10, or Swing Line Loans selected by the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.5. After giving effect to any Advance, unless the Agent shall consent, there shall not be more than ten (10) different Interest Periods in effect with respect to all Advances then outstanding.
