Common use of Rate Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Rate Adjustments. 1. Taxes applicable to lhe gas delivered to Buyer hereunder as are In effect on January 1•t Jmmedlalely preceding the effective date of these tenns and condltlons shall be added to Xxxxx's bill.
