Rate Application. Ameritech shall xxxx XXXX the applicable rates on a monthly basis, in accordance with the following methodology: 3.1 Manual Call Assistance - operator call occurrences multiplied by the per call rate. Total call occurrences shall include all processed calls, whether or not they are completed. 3.2 Automated Call Assistance (ACCS and AABS) - call occurrences multiplied by the per call occurrence rate.
