Rate Change Notification. Subject to the Allocation and Service Agreements and their schedules, the rates determined in accordance with Special Provision B of Service Tariff No. 46 shall be subject to increase by the Authority, at any time upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Company and Expansion Power Customers.
