Rate Changes. This agreement is issued by XXXXX and accepted by the Member with the agreement that the Member will accept any increase in premium or in the rates of premium which may be promulgated under any rating plan approved by the Board of Directors, and that the effective date of any such increase shall be the effective date thereof fixed in accordance with the provisions of any such rating plan approved by the Board of Directors. Also, the rates used to determine the premium are subject to increase during the term of the agreement if an increase in rates applicable to the agreements in force is approved by the Board of Directors, and the effective date of any such increase shall be the date fixed by the Board of Directors.
