Common use of Rate of interest on Mortgage Form Clause in Contracts

Rate of interest on Mortgage Form. If a rate of interest is set out on the Mortgage Form, the rate or rates of interest on the Indebtedness will nonetheless be the rate or rates specified by the terms of an Agreement and this Mortgage, but if none are specified for any portion of the Indebtedness, then the applicable rate of interest for such Indebtedness will be that which is set out on the Mortgage Form.
