Common use of Rate Setting Clause in Contracts

Rate Setting. If the Borrower satisfies all of the conditions set forth in Section 3.01-B, Section 3.02-B and 3.04-B then, the Borrowers may submit to the Lender a complete and executed document in the form attached as Exhibit G (the Interest Rate Lock Agreement), together with the Rate Lock Deposit, before 1:00 p.m. Washington, D.C. time on any Business Day prior to April 24, 2000.

Rate Setting.
