Common use of Rate True-Up Clause in Contracts

Rate True-Up. 29.1 This section applies to Network Interconnection and/or Unbundled Network Elements and Other Services rates that are expressly subject to true-up under this Agreement. 29.2 The designated true-up rates shall be trued-up, either up or down, based on final prices determined either by further agreement between the Parties, or by a final order (including any appeals) of the Commission.
