Rates and Terms of Payment. 1. For the services it provides, GLS applies the rates and surcharges as set out in its Price Brochure, which is available from GLS on request. GLS reserves the right to change the specifications, rates and/or surcharges at any time. Where applicable, the rates and surcharges are in euros, ex works and exclusive of Dutch VAT.
