Rates & Charges. The rates, fees, and charges to be charged to and paid by Program Participants for Products & Services are set forth in Appendix B. Winning Supplier agrees that there are no other applicable rates, fees, charges, or other monetary incentives for Products & Services except those set forth in Winning Supplier’s cost proposal.
