Rates Following Tenth Anniversary of Transfer Date. In the event that no rate adjustment occurs as a result of Section 6.2(d) above, then, prior to the tenth anniversary of the Transfer Date, the District will reevaluate the sewerage and wastewater rates for years following the tenth anniversary of the Transfer Date and will adjust such rates in a manner consistent with paragraph (a) above that will allow the Operator to accomplish the plan set forth in the Budget.
