Common use of Rates for Services Clause in Contracts

Rates for Services. 1. For the first (1st) year of the term of this Agreement (July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010), County shall pay Contractor at a rate of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-FIVE CENTS ($108.85) per hour for up to an average of twenty (20) hours per week.
