RATIFICATION/AMENDMENT. This Agreement shall not take effect or be effective unless ratified by a majority vote of the Select Board of the Town of Lakeville. Upon such ratifying vote, this Agreement shall thereafter be administered and enforced on behalf of Lakeville by its Select Board.
