Common use of Ratification of Base Indenture Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Base Indenture. Except as expressly modified or amended hereby, the Base Indenture continues in full force and effect and is in all respects confirmed, ratified and preserved and the provisions thereof shall be applicable to the Notes and this Third Supplemental Indenture.
