Common use of Ratification of Lease Agreement Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Lease Agreement. Except as expressly amended herein, all terms and conditions in the Lease Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect without change or modification and all such terms are hereby ratified and confirmed.
