Common use of Ratification of Terms Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Terms. This Amendment No. 7 shall be construed in connection with and as part of the Existing Credit Agreement; and the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and modified to include this Amendment No. 7. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment No. 7, the Existing Credit Agreement and each and every representation, warranty, covenant, term and condition contained therein is specifically ratified and confirmed.

Ratification of Terms. This Amendment No. 7 1 shall be construed in connection with and as part of the Existing Original Credit Agreement; and the Existing Original Credit Agreement is hereby amended and modified to include this Amendment No. 71. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment No. 71, the Existing Original Credit Agreement and each and every representation, warranty, covenant, term and condition contained therein is specifically ratified and confirmed.

Ratification of Terms. This Amendment No. 7 3 shall be construed in connection with and as part of the Existing Credit Agreement; and the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and modified to include this Amendment No. 73. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment No. 73, the Existing Credit Agreement and each and every representation, warranty, covenant, term and condition contained therein is specifically ratified and confirmed.

Ratification of Terms. This Amendment No. 7 5 shall be construed in connection with and as part of the Existing Credit Agreement; and the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and modified to include this Amendment No. 75. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment No. 75, the Existing Credit Agreement and each and every representation, warranty, covenant, term and condition contained therein is specifically ratified and confirmed.

Ratification of Terms. This Amendment No. 7 8 shall be construed in connection with and as part of the Existing Credit Agreement; and the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and modified to include this Amendment No. 78. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment No. 78, the Existing Credit Agreement and each and every representation, warranty, covenant, term and condition contained therein is specifically ratified and confirmed.

Ratification of Terms. This Amendment No. 7 6 shall be construed in connection with and as part of the Existing Credit Agreement; and the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and modified to include this Amendment No. 76. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment No. 76, the Existing Credit Agreement and each and every representation, warranty, covenant, term and condition contained therein is specifically ratified and confirmed.

Ratification of Terms. This Amendment No. 7 2 shall be construed in connection with and as part of the Existing Credit Agreement; and the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and modified to include this Amendment No. 72. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment No. 72, the Existing Credit Agreement and each and every representation, warranty, covenant, term and condition contained therein is specifically ratified and confirmed.

Ratification of Terms. This Eighth Amendment No. 7 shall be --------------------- construed in connection with and as part of the Existing Original Credit Agreement; and the Existing Original Credit Agreement is hereby amended and modified to include this Amendment No. 7Eighth Amendment. Except as expressly amended by prior Amendments to the Credit Agreement and this Amendment No. 7Eighth Amendment, the Existing Original Credit Agreement and each and every representation, warranty, covenant, term and condition contained therein is specifically ratified and confirmed.
