Common use of Rating Agency Condition Clause in Contracts

Rating Agency Condition. Any request for satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition made by the Issuer, Co-Issuer or Trustee, as applicable, pursuant to this Indenture, shall be made in writing, which writing shall contain a cover page indicating the nature of the request for satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition, and shall contain all back-up material necessary for the Rating Agencies to process such request. Such written request for satisfaction of the Rating Agency Condition shall be provided in electronic format to the Information Agent for posting on the 17g-5 Website in accordance with Section 14.13 hereof and after receiving actual knowledge of such posting (which may be in the form of an automatic email notification of posting delivered by the 17g-5 Website to such party), the Requesting Party shall send the request for satisfaction of such Condition to the Rating Agencies in accordance with the instructions for notices set forth in Section 14.3(h) hereof.
