Outstanding Amount; Authentication and Delivery of Recovery Bonds. (a) The aggregate Outstanding Amount of Recovery Bonds that may be authenticated and delivered under this Indenture shall not exceed the aggregate of the amounts of Recovery Bonds that are authorized in the Financing Order but otherwise shall be unlimited.
