Common use of Rating Agency Notifications Clause in Contracts

Rating Agency Notifications. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, this Agreement shall not be amended, no Early Termination Date shall be effectively designated by Party B, and no transfer of any rights or obligations under this Agreement shall be made unless Moody's has been given prior written notice of such amendment, desxxxxxxxn or transfer.

Rating Agency Notifications.
