Ratio of CFSC Consolidated Debt to Consolidated Net Worth. (i) Maintain at all times a ratio (the “Leverage Ratio”) of (x) CFSC Consolidated Debt to (y) CFSC’s Consolidated Net Worth of not greater than 10.0 to 1. For purposes of this subsection (i), the Leverage Ratio at any time shall be equal to the average of the Leverage Ratios as determined on the last day of each of the six preceding calendar months.

  • Consolidated Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 2.50 to 1.0.

  • Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 4.50:1.00.

  • Maximum Consolidated Leverage Ratio The Consolidated Leverage Ratio at any time may not exceed 0.75 to 1.00; and

  • Minimum Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be less than 3.25 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Net Worth Borrower will at the end of each fiscal quarter maintain Consolidated Net Worth in an amount of not less than the sum of (i) $625,000,000 plus (ii) fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate Consolidated Net Income, if positive, for the period beginning January 1, 2005 and ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter.
