Ratio of Funded Debt to Total Capital. The Borrower shall not permit the ratio of Funded Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis to Total Capital as at the last day of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to exceed 0.65 to 1.00.

Ratio of Funded Debt to Total Capital. The Borrower will not at any time permit its ratio of total Funded Debt to Total Capital, determined on a consolidated basis with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the end of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, to be greater than 0.60 to 1.

  • Funded Debt to EBITDA Ratio To maintain on a consolidated basis a ratio of Funded Debt to EBITDA not exceeding 2.0:1.0.

  • Funded Debt to EBITDA Section 10.2 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:

  • Debt to Capitalization Ratio As of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the Debt to Capitalization Ratio shall be less than or equal to 0.70 to 1.0.

  • Total Leverage Ratio The Borrowers will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.75 to 1.00.

  • Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter ending on or after September 30, 2008 to be greater than 3.5 to 1.0.

  • Maximum Total Leverage Ratio The Borrower shall maintain, on the last day of each fiscal quarter set forth below, a Total Leverage Ratio of not more than the maximum ratio set forth below opposite such fiscal quarter: October 31, 2007, January 31, 2008, April 30, 2008, July 31, 2008, October 31, 2008 and January 31, 2009 4.7 to 1 April 30, 2009, July 31, 2009, October 31, 2009 and January 31, 2010 4.2 to 1 April 30, 2010 and each fiscal quarter thereafter 4.0 to 1
