Rationing Reopener. In the event fuel rationing is imposed by appropriate authority during the term of this agreement, the parties agree upon the written request of either the County or Coalition of County Unions, made following the announcement that rationing will be imposed, to reopen this agreement for the sole purpose of negotiations, to reach agreement on the subject of fuel rationing as it applies to employees required to use their personal autos on County business. All other provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect during this period of negotiations.
