Xxxxxx, P A., special counsel for IMC, in IMC's capacity as both Seller and Servicer under the Sale and Servicing Agreement, and/or Xxxxx & Xxxxxx LLP shall have furnished to the Underwriters their written opinion or opinions, addressed to the Underwriters and the Depositor and dated the Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Underwriters, to the effect that:
COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.
RDDS Registration Data Directory Services refers to the collective of WHOIS and Web-‐based WHOIS services as defined in Specification 4 of this Agreement.
Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.
