Measuring RDAP parameters. Every 5 minutes, RDAP-RDDS probes will select one IP address from all the public-DNS registered “IP addresses” of the servers of the RDAP-RDDS service of the TLD being monitored and make an “RDAP test”. If an RDAP test result is unanswered, the corresponding RDAP-RDDS service will be considered as unavailable from that Probe until it is time to make a new test.

Measuring RDAP parameters. Every 5 minutes, each of the RDAP testing- RDDS probes will query the DNS to obtain theselect one IP address(es) from all the public-DNS registered “IP addresses” of the servers of the RDAP Service, select an IP address (if there is more than one),-RDDS service of the TLD being monitored and make an “RDAP test” to that IP address.”. If an “RDAP test” result is undefined/unanswered, the corresponding RDAP Service-RDDS service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

  • Measurement Should the State terminate this contract as herein provided, no fees other than fees due and payable at the time of termination shall thereafter be paid to the Engineer. In determining the value of the work performed by the Engineer prior to termination, the State shall be the sole judge. Compensation for work at termination will be based on a percentage of the work completed at that time. At such time as the total amount of such Damages exceeds $50,000 in the aggregate, the Indemnified Party shall be entitled to be indemnified against the full amount of such Damages (and not merely the portion of such Damages exceeding $50,000).
