Common use of RDO SYSTEM Clause in Contracts

RDO SYSTEM. 25.1 Provided that the Employer and the majority of Employees do not agree otherwise, the ordinary working hours shall be worked as a 19 day 4 week cycle of 8 hours each Monday to Friday with 1 working day off in each cycle.

Employees shall only accrue RDO credit/s when absent from duty on annual leave, long service leave, public holidays, paid sick leave/personal care leave, workers compensation, bereavement leave or jury service.
