RDO SYSTEM. 25.1 Provided that the Employer and the majority of Employees do not agree otherwise, the ordinary working hours shall be worked as a 19 day 4 week cycle of 8 hours each Monday to Friday with 1 working day off in each cycle. 25.2 When absent from duty Employees shall only accrue RDO credit/s when on annual leave, long service leave, public holidays, paid sick leave/personal leave, workers compensation, bereavement leave or jury service. 25.3 It is clearly recognised by the Parties that this clause has no application to casual Employees.
