Common use of Re-entry of Academic Administrators Clause in Contracts

Re-entry of Academic Administrators. Academic administrators, as defined above, and faculty members on the Board of Governors, shall retain the right to enter or re-enter on a full-time basis their departments or programs, and the right to enter or re-enter the bargaining unit, at such time as they relinquish their academic administrative or Board appointments.
