Common use of Re-export of Contractor’s Equipment Clause in Contracts

Re-export of Contractor’s Equipment. In respect of any Contractor’s Equipment which the Contractor has imported for the purposes of the Works, the Employer will use his best endeavours to assist the Contractor, where required, in procuring any necessary Government consent to the re-export of such Contractor’s Equipment by the Contractor upon the removal thereof pursuant to the terms of the Contract and in accordance with the provisions contained in the Framework Agreement.
