Re-Letting Boards. To permit the Landlord at any time during the last six months of the Term (or sooner if the Rent or any part thereof shall be in arrear and unpaid for upwards of one calendar month) to enter upon the Premises and affix and retain without interference upon any part of the Premises a notice for re-letting the same and during such period to permit persons with written authority of the Landlord or its agent at reasonable times of the day to view the Premises without interruption.
