RE Not Required. Due to emergency circumstances; articulate reason why court found not required in Order. • If DCFSs first contact with family occurred during emergency in which child could not safely remain at home even with reasonable in-home services provided to family, DCFS shall be deemed to have made RE to prevent or eliminate need for removal (Article 619).

  • Compliance with All Laws In all activities undertaken pursuant to this Agreement, both JHU and Company covenant and agree that each will in all material respects comply with such Federal, state and local laws and statutes, as may be in effect at the time of performance and all valid rules, regulations and orders thereof regulating such activities.
