Re-sales commissions. 4.1.8.1. The Contractor shall be mandated to re-sell units as released at Premises, under the following terms and conditions: 4.1.8.1.1. The Owner will determine the selling price as advised in accordance with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and approved and accepted by the Principal or their authorised representative in accordance with the original sale agreement. 4.1.8.1.2. Commission payable shall be at a rate of 4% excluding VAT on total value of sale. 4.1.8.1.3. No other commission shall be payable to any other party either directly or indirectly involved in the sale, however the Principal and the Contractor may from time to time at their sole discretion pay referral commission that results in a bona fide sale. 4.1.8.1.4. Commission becomes due and payable when the full purchase consideration has been received by the Principal.
