Re-Subdivision of Previously Approved Subdivision Plats. The Town acknowledges and agrees that certain portions of the Project described in the Final Development Plan are permitted to be developed with multiple-family structures. The Town further acknowledges and agrees that pursuant to the Final Development Plan, these areas are permitted to be subdivided and further re-subdivided into a total number of lots and/or units equal to the approved number of DUs and OAUs designated in the Final Development Plan.
