Readiness for Service. Readiness for service to support and maintain Exodis-FMD modelling, data-preparation, running the model and making changes to the code, as required, to improve resilience and responsiveness
Readiness for Service. Pursuant to Sections 2c and 2e, the Buyer is responsible for readying the equipment for Repair or Preventative Maintenance before arrival of ECS personnel. Specifically, this includes clearing the area around the Equipment of any paraphernalia to allow for proper access and removing food or ice from storage/bins. The Buyer acknowledges failure to do so in advance may result in additional charges added to this Agreement associated with the delay in providing Services until the Equipment is ready for service and the failure of which to pay such charges will result in breach of the Agreement.

Readiness for Service. 2.1 The Contractor will ensure that there is full readiness to undertake all services by Year 2 of the Contract through supplying:  One coder with the competence and confidence to make changes to the code  Two users with the competence to run the code and interpret the findings 2.2 For any training the Contractor undertakes to ensure readiness for service the Authority will be able to send up to 5 delegates to attend the training course, if so desirable, at no extra cost. The Contractor shall notify the Authority of the course details, including date and location, at least one month before the course is run. 2.3 The Contractor shall ensure capabilities are embedded and maintained through regular deployment of team members to support activities and ad hoc work. The Contractor shall ensure that the two users and coder are available throughout the duration of the Contract. If for some reason the users or coder are unavailable, including leaving the employment of the Contractor, the Contractor shall provide replacement and if needed train them to the required standard at no extra cost to the Authority. After year 1 there will be a consistent level of service and if there is any change in personnel the Contractor will work to minimise risk of disruption to service.
