READINESS TO COMPETE. My child will only participate in those Colorado Gymnastics League (CGL) Competitions for which she believes she is physically and psychologically prepared to compete. Prior to participation in Gymnastics events, she will have practiced her skills and routines, and will perform only those exercises which she has accomplished to the degree of confidence necessary to assure she can perform them by herself, without injury.
