Relocation Assistance. The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, (42 U.S.C. § 4601), prohibits unfair treatment of persons displaced or whose property has been acquired because of Federal or Federal-aid programs and projects.
Relocation Assistance. The following provisions apply to regular employees and are outlined in the brochure entitled “Relocation Assistance Benefits for Performance Paid Staff” (1995).
Relocation Assistance. The City will contact the Secretary if there will be any displaced person on the Project prior to making the offer for the property. The Parties mutually agree the Secretary will provide relocation assistance for eligible persons as defined in the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 as amended by the Surface Transportation and Uniform Relocation Assistance Act of 1987, and as provided in 49 C.F.R. Part 24, entitled Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition for Federal and Federally Assisted Programs, and in general accordance with K.S.A. 58-3501 to 58-3507, inclusive, and Kansas Administrative Regulations 36-16-1 et seq.
Relocation Assistance. Should the Executive move his residence in order to pursue other business opportunities within two (2) years of his Separation from Service, he will be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in that relocation (including taxes payable on the reimbursement) which are not reimbursed by another employer. Benefits under this provision will include the assistance in selling the Executive’s home which was customarily provided by the Corporation to transferred executives prior to the Change of Control.
Relocation Assistance. The Municipality shall provide relocation assistance services and payments for families, businesses, and non-profit organizations being displaced by the Project in full accordance with the Federal relocation requirements of Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 24 [Uniform Act], as amended. Relocation assistance services and payments may be accomplished by contract with any other municipal corporation, or State or Federal agency, rendering such services upon approval by the Department and Federal Highway Administration.
Relocation Assistance. Where an agreement or project requires the relocation of persons or such person’s personal property, Developer is advised that 42 USC 4601-4655 (Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970) may apply.
Relocation Assistance. The Appraiser's analyses and opinions of property value shall not reflect any allowance for the relocation payments and other assistance provided under the URA.
Relocation Assistance. The Company agrees to jointly investigate with the Union any entitlement that an employee may have, who is hired in accordance with the above provisions, for financial relocation assistance as a result of available Federal or Provincial programs.
Relocation Assistance. Should Executive move his residence in order to pursue other business opportunities within three years of the date of Termination (or until his Normal Retirement Date, whichever is sooner), Sonat shall reimburse him for any expenses incurred in that relocation (including taxes payable on the reimbursement) which are not reimbursed by another employer; provided, however, that Executive shall be entitled to such reimbursement with respect to only one such relocation, it being agreed that in the event of more than one such relocation, Executive shall be entitled to specify the relocation for which reimbursement hereunder is to be made. Benefits under this provision will include the assistance, at no cost to Executive, in selling his home and other assistance which was customarily provided to executives transferred within Sonat or between Sonat and its subsidiaries prior to the Change of Control.
