Common use of Readmission in error Clause in Contracts

Readmission in error. The Requesting State shall take back any person readmitted by the Requested State if it is established, within a period of three months after the transfer of the person concerned, that the requirements laid down in Articles 2 to 5 of this Agreement are not met. In such cases the procedural provisions of this Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis and all available information relating to the actual identity and nationality of the person to be taken back shall be provided. SECTION IV
